Zutons, High Lodge Thetford, 2008

On Thursday 5th June the Zutons rocked High Lodge in Thetford Forest from the moment they stepped foot on stage. Launching straight into their brilliant catalogue of up-beat indie tunes, with songs like Why Won’t You Give Me Your Love? Pressure Point, Zuton Fever, and Confusion.

Also showcasing some of their new material from their latest album You Can Do Anything including the first two singles from the album Always Right Behind You and What’s Your Problem which we’re well recieved by the 3,500+ strong crowd, in the brilliant tree-lined setting.

The biggest response from the crowd came with Valerie which had the whole crowd singing along to every word, no doubt in part due to the Mark Ronson re-working of the song with Amy Winehouse.

The Forestry Commission and High Lodge have shown that they have become rather experienced at holding these events since their first summer concert eight years ago, with such a brilliant location and great facilities how could they go wrong to be honest.
