The long running Cambridge Band Competition kicks off this month at the Portland Arms, with under 18 and over 18 groups looking to secure a slot at the final at The junction in April.
Elsewhere aside from sold out shows at The Corn Exchange for Scouting for Girls and Lily Allen. Ferocious Dog will be good folk punk fun at The Junction, Eels! Eels! Eels! launch their new EP at The Blue Moon and Blackheart Orchestra (pictured) return after supporting Hawkwind last year.
