- When: 10th – 11th July

Do Iron Maiden really need an introduction? Just in case you’re unsure, since 1975 Iron Maiden have been kings of metal and rock in the UK and beyond. With massive rock anthems like Run To The Hills, The Number of The Beast or The Trooper which have echoed across bars and soundtracked films or TV for years.
When you’ve been rocking as long as Maiden you’ve likely amassed a huge fanbase, so when you perform you need to go big and what better, iconic venue than Knebworth House in Hertfordshire, which has hosted music festivals since 1974, with some of the world’s biggest artists performing huge shows over the years.
July will see Eddfest, named for the band’s iconic mascot, fill the grounds of the house with an undoubtedly epic set from Iron Maiden on the Saturday night, after special guests The Hu, The Darkness, Airbourne and The Almighty take the stage.
However that’s not all with camping available on both Friday and Saturday night, you won’t be left without entertainment on the Friday night, with Blaze Bayley, who fronted Maiden through 1994 to 1999, headlining the Maidenville stage. Also joined by Stray, Maiden United, Airforce, Gypsy’s Kiss, Tony Moore’s Awake and Hair Metal Glamageddon.
